West Branch Silvermine River down to Scotts Reservoir

<< RETURN     (1)     DOWNRIVER >>

The West Branch of the Silvermine River starts at Silver Spring Country Club in Ridgefield, just south of West Lane and very near the New York State line. As the small river flows southward, it crosses into New York State and is met by the Elm Branch just before entering Scotts Reservoir in Lewisboro. At the south end of the reservoir it is joined by Scotts Brook, which arrives from the east.
